“-I still don’t understand why you are doing so much for me

-Because nobody else ever has”

Since I started reading this story I thought quickly that it could be a good flick chick since it starts in a fun way.

First of all, we have Cori Dash a girl who kills herself in her job to be successful after she had a very complicated childhood, she finds herself in a park with her neighbor's dog at an event organized by her company, she does it only to be seen there and have their bosses to notice.
There she finds herself, very reluctantly, with her EX best friend and her EX fiancé, who are engaged, then Winnie starts talking to her and rubbing in her face that she does have money and she is going to marry Philip. She asks if she is dating someone, so Cori quickly grabs the first handsome guy she sees and introduces him as her fiancé, he follows her game and even accepts to go on a weekend on an island with Cori, she thanks him for agreeing to follow the game and believe that she will never see him again.

The next day she realizes that the stranger, is nothing more and nothing less than Dominick (Nick) Blackthorne his "fiancé" and the owner of the company she works for, he proposes that they go out and get to know each other in order to make the lie believable.

He is totally different from the image that magazines give him as a womanizer, he is attentive, sweet, affectionate, respectful and everything a man should be ... at least in my opinion.

So he begins to be attentive to her, to convince her of a fake wedding to keep up appearances and also gets into his skin and into his heart

It really is a beautiful story, light, funny, with very romantic moments with several Bitch slaps, very Cinderella type where she stops pretending to be someone successful, for really finding her prince and becoming a princess.

If you want to fall in love and want a light reading without dramas, you cannot miss this book.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars, just because I wanted to see more of them after the end ... I know I need more of the stories.

“-Sigo sin entender porque haces tanto por mí.

Desde que comencé a leer esta historia pensé rápidamente que podría ser una buena chick flick ya que comienza de manera divertida.

Primero, tenemos a Cori Dash una chica que se mata en su trabajo para lograr ser exitosa después de que tuvo una infancia super complicada, se encuentra en un parque con la perrita de su vecino en un evento organizado por su empresa, lo hace solo para aparecer ahí y que sus jefes lo tomen en cuenta.

Ahí se encuentra, muy a su pesar, con su EX mejor amiga y a su EX prometido, los cuales están comprometidos, entonces Winnie le comienza a hacer la plática y a restregarle que ella sí tiene dinero y sí se va a casar con Philip, además le pregunta si ella sale con alguien, por lo que Cori rápidamente agarra al primer chico guapo que ve y lo presenta como su prometido, este le sigue el juego y hasta acepta a ir a un fin de semana en una isla junto con Cori, esta le agradece por aceptar seguirle el juego y cree que jamás lo va a volver a ver.

Al día siguiente se da cuenta que el extraño, es nada más y nada menos que Dominick (Nick) Blackthorne su “prometido” y el dueño de la empresa para la que trabaja, este le propone que salgan y se conozcan para hacer más creíble la mentira.

El es totalmente diferente a la imagen que le dan las revistas de mujeriego, es atento, dulce, cariñoso, respetuoso y todo lo que un hombre debería ser… por lo menos en mi opinión.

Así comienza a ser atento con ella, a convencerla de una boda falsa para mantener las apariencias y también se mete en su piel y en su corazón

Realmente es una linda historia, ligera, graciosa, con momentos muy románticos con varios Bitch slaps, muy tipo la cenicienta donde ella deja de fingir ser alguien exitoso, por realmente encontrar a su príncipe y convertirse en princesa.

Si quieres enamorarte y quieres una lectura ligera sin dramas, no te puedes perder este libro.

Le doy 4 de 5 estrellas, solo porque quería ver más de ellos después del final… ya sé necesito más de las historias.

"Te hubiera perseguido, porque te perseguiría a cualquier parte, por el tiempo que sea necesario, porque... te amo. Te necesito. Te quiero más que a nada. Estar sin ti... bueno, aprendí que se supone que no debemos estar separados. Ninguno de nosotros está completo sin el otro. Sé que es cierto porque lo veo en tu rostro, tu sonrisa, tu risa. Se suponía que debíamos encontrarnos, Cori, y espero que te lea bien y tú sientas lo mismo, porque no puedo ir un día más sin ti. Ni un día más ".
